As a committee and village we were very fortunate to receive funding from Windfall (Mid Wales Community Energy Trust) Lottery (People and Places) and the Welsh Government (Community Facilities Programme) to allow us to complete much needed renovations to our village hall.
The hall previously had minimal usage, it was very damp and cold and needed a lot of work.
The Village Hall has reopened as of 07/07/2024 after the renovations, the grants we received have allowed us to get some much needed insulation in the hall, a new kitchen, solar panels, a new heating system and general refurbishments that were very much needed.
The hall is now a busy hub for our community and we have organised many events and regular sessions to take place in the hall, which so far have been proven very popular to the local community and surrounding area.
